Ralph Post Helper is a third-party application that allows users to upload videos and schedule them for publishing to their TikTok accounts via the TikTok Content Posting API. The Service acts as an intermediary tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
3. User Accounts and Authentication
To use the Service, you must authenticate with your TikTok account via OAuth. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize the Service to access certain account information and to publish content on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload through the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and publish the content.
- Your content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
We do not claim any ownership over your content and do not monitor, review, or edit user-uploaded content.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Distribute spam, malware, or any unsolicited promotional content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
- Violate TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Terms.
6. Scheduled Publishing
The Service provides a scheduling feature that allows you to set a future date and time for your videos to be published. While we make reasonable efforts to publish your content at the scheduled time, we do not guarantee exact timing due to factors such as network conditions, API availability, or server load. The Service is not liable for any delays or failures in scheduled publishing.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Uploaded video files are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of publishing them to TikTok. Once a video has been successfully published or the scheduled task is completed, the video file will be removed from our servers. We do not retain copies of your video content beyond what is necessary to fulfill the publishing request.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
